Sending Us a Clock for Service
Send us the clock, with tail if you have it, but please, not the original box if you are so lucky to have. Wrap in bubble wrap and place in a sturdy box surrounded by two or three inches of foam packing peanuts. BE SURE to enclose your contact information...name, address, phone, email, etc.
We typically use USPS ground advantage mail to return your clock.
